CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Galician-speaking Customer Support Experts for one of the world’s leading entertainment and streaming platforms. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account management, billing enquiries, technical issues, and questions about products and features. This is a remote position within mainland Portugal, with occasional attendance at a Lisbon hub potentially required for training, technical setup, or operational needs.
